The company is looking for a Machine Operator – Coffee Packaging.

📍 Full-Time | On-Site | Jrvezh, Kotayk Province, Armenia

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our coffee production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, are attentive to quality and safety, and want to be part of a growing team in the coffee industry, this opportunity is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate coffee packaging machines according to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper machine function.
• Load coffee products into the packaging line and handle packed goods.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of packaging equipment.
• Detect and report technical issues or irregularities.
• Ensure packaging meets required weight, labeling, and sealing standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production team for smooth workflow

✅ Qualifications

• Experience working with packaging machinery or in a similar manufacturing role is a plus.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Good physical condition: ability to lift bags/boxes and work on foot for long hours.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical or technical understanding is a plus.
• Knowledge of English or Russian is a plus

Additional Notes

If you do not have prior experience on operating packaging machines, we are ready to provide full training. In this case, a willingness to learn and basic technical aptitude is required.

🕒 Working Schedule

Workdays and hours: 6-day work week, 09:00 – 18:00.
