Description

The Alexander, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is looking for a candidate for the position of the Operator who will take and distributes messages for guests, provide information on guest services and answer incoming calls, direct them.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Direct calls to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments.
• Places outgoing calls.
• Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
• Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
• Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
• Provides information about hotel services to guests.
• Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
• Follow telephone etiquette standards of the Hotel.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
