Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients, and vendors to host employees
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Top management visits/meetings organization
  • Random Reservations/bookings
  • Incoming & outgoing correspondence
  • Document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services)
  • Bio Star fingerprint access system, Access Cards, control of resignation files/ file administration in terms of Office Management needs
  • Management of recycling and creating Eco-friendly environment
  • Office related taxi services & transfers
  • JIRA, ticket monitoring, re-assigning
  • Music scheduling in reception, canteen, yard
  • Daily security questions, cooperation with security guards
  • Order front office supplies and maintain in stock
  • Swiped On system daily maintenance
  • Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research
  • Additional projects-based Office Management needs

Requirements

  • Secondary Education. Preferable higher education
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian both written and verbal
  • Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to work with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details
  • The ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks
  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • The ability to work independently and in a team
