Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the reception of guests and visitors
- Arrange and manage hospitality services, including setup and collection
- Maintain visitor entry and exit logs
- Organize and manage the daily document flow and correspondence of the management
- Handle business correspondence and perform written and verbal translations between Armenian, Russian, and English
- Schedule and prepare meetings for the management
- Prepare concise summaries and minutes of meetings
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Organize and coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and related logistics
- Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role is preferred
