Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain an efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, identifying departmental needs, coordinating internal support processes, and supervising warehouse-related operations and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office.
  • Coordinate with all departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely support and resource allocation.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
  • Supervise warehouse activities, including inventory tracking, stock control, storage organization, and material distribution.
  • Monitor office and warehouse expenses and assist with budgeting and procurement planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management for office and warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility management activities.
  • Support internal process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate logistics and internal administrative support when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office administration, operations, or office management roles.
  • Experience with warehouse coordination or inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
