TRENDX Fashion Group, the official representative of the world-renowned fashion brands.
Karl Lagerfeld and Pinko in Armenia, is looking for a professional and organized Office Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Organize correspondence and handle document circulation.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain HR-related documentation and records.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting department and support administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Higher education (preferably in Management, Business, or Economics).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian,English and Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email systems, and office software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Perfect knowledge of the Armenian program/accounting software (AS).
