Description
AAB Construction is looking for a Office Manager to join our Real Estate Team, as a successful Office Managert you should have a pleasant personality. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors at the office by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
- Update calendars and schedule meetings․
Requirements
- Work experience as a Office Manager, Front Office Representative is preferable;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude.
