AAB Construction is looking for a Office Manager to join our Real Estate Team, as a successful Office Managert you should have a pleasant personality. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the office by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings․

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Office Manager, Front Office Representative is preferable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Professional attitude and appearance;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Customer service attitude.
