Night Shift Receptionist

Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? The Arte՛ hotel in the heart of Yerevan, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Shift Receptionist to join our team.

Working days and hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 01:00-10:00

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the front office, reservations, and guest services departments․
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are met and exceeded․
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff to achieve performance goals․
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally․
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service․
• Manage room inventory, rates, and budgeting in collaboration with the General Manager․
• Implement and uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards․
• Prepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred․
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a hotel administrative or front office management role.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian (knowledge of English or other languages is a strong advantage).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management software, PMS and MS Office.
