Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative New Media Operations Manager / Self-Media Lead to spearhead the development and management of our company’s online presence across various self-media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, content creation skills, and a passion for the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations, content publication, user engagement, and promotion of the company’s online self-media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Plan and execute various marketing campaigns on self-media platforms, collaborate with relevant channels to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.
- Leverage various social media platforms to effectively promote the company and its products, enhancing brand awareness and expanding market influence.
- Stay up to date with trends in the gaming industry, have a good sense of visual design, and be proficient in video editing and graphic design software to independently create promotional posters and video content.
- Responsible for content creation and publication across online promotion channels, writing high-quality copy to drive the company’s online business growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media operations and promotion, with preference given to candidates with gaming industry experience.
- Familiar with the rules and content publishing standards of major social media platforms, with excellent social media management skills and a digital marketing mindset.
- Proficient in editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator), capable of independently handling basic design and video editing tasks.
- Strong copywriting skills, able to write creative and engaging promotional content.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of maintaining good collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Data-driven, with analytical abilities to adjust and optimize operational strategies based on performance data.
- Have B2C experience are required. if have Online Betting industry experience are preferred.
