Jan Armenia Tours & Travel is expanding its team and is looking for a Senior Inbound Tour Manager with relevant work experience.

Job Description:
- Establishing contact with potential foreign partners and offering tour packages
- Correspondence and maintaining continuous communication with partners
- Preliminary analysis and calculation of inquiries
- Creating and maintaining relations with corporate clients
- Engaging customers
- Developing and selling tour packages
- Receiving guests
- Hotel reservations
- Market analysis and strategy development
- Targeting and close collaboration with the marketing team
- Planning tours for individuals and groups
- Organizing work with necessary documents
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the inbound tourism sector
- Higher education
- Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Armenia’s tourist attractions
- Strong communication skills
