Jan Armenia Tours and Travel is looking for an inbound tour manager with knowledge of Russian and English for market development, creation of tour packages, sales, and service.
Responsibilities
- Customer engagement, service, consulting
- Development and sale of travel packages
- Reception of guests, organization of hospitality, and other services
- Establishing contact with potential foreign partners and offering tour packages
- Hotel and other bookings
Requirements
- Higher education
- Knowledge of Arabic and English
- Computer: good command of Microsoft Ofice programs
- Good knowledge of the sights of Armenia
- Communication skill
- 1 year of work experience will be a plus
