Description

Calibri Group is seeking a result-oriented, creative, and goal-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the company’s strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for various company projects.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and create engaging content.
• Design and oversee advertising campaigns and evaluate their ROI.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and present reports to the management team.
• Foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment for the marketing team.

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).

Working Conditions

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• 6 days off per month.
