Marketing Manager

Description

"Complex Supply" LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to implement our communication strategy, build our brand, and oversee marketing processes across Armenia. Our company ensures reliable supplies of disposable packaging and equipment for cafés, hotels, restaurants, clinics, schools, and manufacturing facilities in these countries.

Responsibilities

• Implementing a unified communication strategy․
• Launching and managing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Yandex)․
• Overseeing all marketing activities: content, video, photography, catalogs, PR․
• Building brand awareness and supporting lead generation․
• Supporting sales teams with presentations, commercial materials, and case studies․
• Managing the website, messenger bots, and email marketing․
• Collaborating with agencies and freelance contractors (SEO, SMM, copywriting)․
• Monitoring and optimizing all marketing metrics (KPI, ROMI, CPL, LTV)․

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing (preferably in logistics, packaging, or wholesale distribution) — at least 2 years․
• Knowledge of all digital tools (contextual and targeted advertising, CRM, analytics)․
• Experience producing creatives, content, photo/video materials, and presentations․
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills․
• Excellent command of Russian and Armenian, good knowledge of English․
• High self-organization, drive, and results-oriented mindset․
