Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and development of a Marketing team in accordance with the tasks and goals of the business
• Development of the Company's Marketing strategy and department budget
• Financial planning, pricing, determination and evaluation of profitability
• Conduct training and educational events for employees and clients
• Management and evaluation of teamwork, KPIs setting and tracking
• Organization and control of Market/ competitor research and analysis, identification of target audiences
• Development of the Brand and its platform
• Ensure the recognition of the company and the products
• Support the implementation of the Company’s strategy to ensure social media presence and activity
• Participation in the largest local and global specialized events
• Collaboration with partners and clients
• Full marketing support for the sales department
• Media planning, implementation of advertising campaigns
• Development of offline and digital platforms
• Manage all digital channels (website, blogs, social media, paid advertisements, etc.) to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure customer retention, increasing customer base and market share

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Management, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of working experience in the field of Marketing
• 3+ years of working experience in executive position
• Experience in launching new products and managing product lines and solutions
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
• PC and technical knowledge: advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical tools usage skills
• Ability to formulate marketing plans and strategies
