Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing specialist to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support to the development and implementation comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors
• Generate ideas and plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional materials
• Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors if required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing specialist or similar role
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work within the team
