Description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the Dimord.ai team.

This is a full-time opportunity for a marketing professional who can take ownership of marketing initiatives, develop and execute effective campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-developing EdTech platform.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns

  • Managing customer acquisition across different marketing channels

  • Developing and testing advertising creatives, messaging, and offers

  • Monitoring key marketing metrics, including leads, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and campaign ROI

  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimization decisions

  • Identifying and testing new customer acquisition channels

  • Conducting market, competitor, and target audience research

  • Developing marketing funnels from initial awareness to lead generation and conversion

  • Working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Coordinating content, social media, influencer, and promotional activities

  • Collecting and analyzing customer insights to improve marketing communication and positioning

  • Preparing regular marketing performance reports

  • Collaborating with product, design, sales, and management teams

  • Contributing to overall user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand development

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar marketing role

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer acquisition

  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads

  • Experience with campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI

  • Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data

  • Experience with marketing analytics and tracking tools

  • Ability to develop and test marketing hypotheses

  • Understanding of audience segmentation, positioning, and customer behavior

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives

  • Results-oriented and proactive approach to work

  • Experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, or digital products is an advantage
