Marketing Manager

Description

You will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for the companies within the group and for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns online and across platforms;
• Create and manage content for social media and advertising materials;
• Organize and coordinate events, advertising campaigns, and launches of new services or products;
• Conduct market and competitor research, and analyze consumer behavior and market trends;
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare the relevant reports;
• Ensure consistency of the company's brand style and communication across all marketing materials;
• Collaborate with external partners, advertising agencies, and suppliers as needed;
• Perform operational functions related to the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Good knowledge of modern marketing tools, digital marketing, and social media.
• Strong market research and data analysis skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and/or Russian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
