Description
ArtLife Property Management is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing activities across our premium lifestyle ecosystem, including F&B, retail boutiques, suites, SPA center, and other venues in Artlife Kempinski Residences.
The Marketing Manager will play a key operational role in implementing marketing strategies developed by senior management and delivering high-quality campaigns, events, and brand promotions.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong execution skills, creativity, and proven experience in hospitality and luxury-driven marketing environments.
Responsibilities

Campaign Execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across all business units such as F&B, retail, suits
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, develop marketing budget and plans
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing initiatives in line with approved plans and timelines

Brand Execution & Communication
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity and brand standards across all business units and communication channels
- Conduct the production of marketing materials, visual assets, and promotional content for both digital and offline platforms
- Social media monitoring
- Create and develop cross-cell actions among all business units

Events & Brand Promotion
- Coordinate events, promotional campaigns, and brand promotion
- Collaborate closely with operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support guest engagement activities

Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and marking effectiveness and deliverables
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing performance and brand impact

Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, printing houses, and other external suppliers
- Ensure production timelines and proper delivery of marketing materials
- Ensure high-quality execution of outsourced marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, retail, or luxury sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content coordination
- Experience in campaign execution, events, and brand promotion
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
