Jellyfish Yerevan is looking for a Marketing Manager who’ll lead development and implementation of all our marketing activities. Marketing manager will be responsible for Jellyfish brand evolvement as well as generating qualified foot flow. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced marketer who’s looking for an opportunity to develop, as well as is eager to work in a healthy and creative environment.

Պարտականություններ

• Create seasonal marketing plans aiming to build and develop Jellyfish brand on the market and attract qualified customer traffic in cooperation with Marketing and Creative teams
• Develop and implement successful marketing campaigns in cooperation with outsource creative agencies and in house resources
• Cooperate with Digital Marketing Manager in order to develop and implement different organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g. SMM, various PR campaigns, cooperation with relevant entities, branded events etc…).
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas, modify them as per necessity
• Monitor main marketing KPIs, identify performance gaps and suggest improvement options
• Build and lead strategic partnerships with relevant industry figures (various international beverage distributors, popular events, particular platforms and more).
• Find potential partnerships aiming to establish and promote Jellyfish as an event platform
• Monitor competition (marketing campaigns, pricing changes and new proposals and events)
• Draft and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Create and deploy guests’ satisfaction monitoring mechanisms and regular reports provision
• Ensure that Jellyfish mood and values are translated and executed by customer facing staff via regular trainings, on-sight visits and feedback sessions

Պահանջներ

• Proven experience in Marketing or PR
• Experience in service industry (hotels, restaurants, entertainment or recreation) is an advantage
• BS/MS degree in Marketing and/or Management
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and powerpoint
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for culture, music and arts is a plus
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
• Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
