Description:

Caliber Real Estate Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy addressing the organization's existing challenges and goals.
• Conduct ongoing research on market trends, industry developments, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with external partners and ensure effective cooperation.
• Implement marketing initiatives across all organizational channels.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn).
• Create and publish Stories, Reels, and commercials.
• Show up in promotional videos(reels)
• Execute advertising campaigns.
• Generate visually appealing and creative content for various mediums (publications, outdoor advertising, booklet, flyer, business card, etc.).
• Conduct digital marketing activities.
• Analyze marketing results.
• Work with the website and CRM.
• Perform other duties related to the position.

Requirements:

• Marketing education (advantageous) and relevant work experience.
• Professional and responsible approach.
• Excellent proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
• Copywriting skills, including Reel making.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Strong idea generation capabilities.
• Targeting skills.
• Public speaking and teamwork skills.
• Organizational proficiency.

Additional Details:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00-19:00, Saturday: 10:00-18:00.
• 6 days off per month.
