Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Market Development Manager for the local market to join our team!

As a Market Development Manager at Tushpa Wine Cellar, you will manage our relationships with clients from the HoReCa segment and others. You will do frequent research in the target market closely collaborating with the team members, find new places and outreach accordingly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make research to discover new B2B customers including representatives of the HoReCa segment and others
  • Research prospects and reach out to them in person, by phone, or by email
  • Take orders by phone and electronically and process accordingly
  • Design an action plan and constantly follow up on partnership leads
  • Develop and maintain strong and positive business communication
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Keep up to date with the industry trends and thoroughly understand our wines and tour packages to generate the brand awareness
  • Analyze the local market’s potential and track sales
  • Provide general support and actively participate in brand-events

Required qualifications

  • Strong oral communication and negotiation skills to convey information effectively
  • Management skills, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, time management and social perceptiveness skills
  • A self-motivated disposition, enhanced by a passion for creative thinking
  • Able to take care of the business without consistent supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, a very good knowledge of English and Russian
  • Experience with technology tools such as Google Docs, Trello, Slack etc
  • 1+ years in current B2B sales experience is preferable
  • Enthusiasm about wine is a must 🍷
