We are looking for an experienced Manager, who will be responsible for supervising the staff, customer service, hirings and trainings.
Responsibilities
Supervising floor staff
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to employees according to their skills, and work experience
- Providing clear instructions and guidance on completing assigned tasks
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees
- Conducting regular check-ins and team meetings to understand employees' concerns
- Providing regular feedback to help employees perform their duties efficiently
- Helping employees develop additional skills and knowledge through staff training sessions
Staff scheduling and control
Maintaining strong working relationships with kitchen and bar staff
Hirings and firings
Customer service management
- Listening to customer concerns
- Resolving issues and complaints promptly
- Escalating complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant departments
- Following up with customers to collect feedback and ensure they have no additional issues
- Performing basic data analysis to understand frequently occurring problems, determine their causes and design solutions to prevent them from reoccurring
Training employees
Monitoring operations
Resolving technical issues that occur at the facility
Managing Cash Register
Requirements
- Experience in HoReCa management from three years
- Interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Time management
- Knowledge of customer service management
- Knowledge of Russian and English language
- Knowledge of the iiko will be considered as an advantage
- High sense of responsibility
