"Aparto" Real Estate Agency is looking for a talented Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of various properties, including apartments, homes, and commercial spaces, both interior and exterior. The goal is to present the properties in a compelling way that attracts potential buyers and generates interest.

Responsibilities

Photograph the interior and exterior of properties to create attractive images that draw in potential buyers.
Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain positive relationships with team members.
Edit and process photos using preferred software to meet the desired standards of color, clarity, and aesthetic appeal.
Adhere to scheduling requirements to capture properties at specific times of day; travel during working hours will be covered by the company on an individual basis.
Efficiently manage and maintain photo archives, ensuring availability on short notice.

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one or two photo editing software programs (e.g., Photoshop).
Excellent time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior work experience in photography is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Students (particularly those in distance learning programs) may also be considered.
