We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling logistics inquiries and organizing import/export operations within the EU and EAEU regions.

📌 Previous work experience is not required – we’re ready to support the right candidate with the necessary training and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and verbal).
Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including route optimization, scheduling, and assigning drivers.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods by monitoring transit times and addressing any delays.
Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and terms.
Track and analyze transportation costs, identifying potential savings without compromising service quality.
Review and verify shipping documents, invoices, and other related paperwork.
Implement and maintain compliance with safety and transport regulations.
Resolve transportation-related issues through effective communication with drivers and internal teams.
Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
