Responsibilities

• Finding and contracting shipping companies
• Searching for cars in the direction Europe and CIS
• Data filling and documentation accounting in the company's program
• Reporting to management
• Timely management and processing of received inquiries, coordinating with the sales team
• Organization and monitoring of cargo transportation
• Negotiation of tariff conditions with foreign and local partners
• Management of customs clearance procedures, transport documents and insurance documentation

Requirements

• Knowledge of the English language is must
• 3 year experience in a similar position.
