Logistics dispatcher for sea shipments (EU, Asia)

Taking into account the expansion of the company's activity, "GARANT LOGISTICS" is hiring full-time specialists who meet the following requirements and are ready to be fully involved in the logistics procedures in a short time.

Responsibilities

• Organize the process of selecting the freight route on the basis of the existing carriers for in-out EU, and Asia directions
• Involve new transport partners
• Create new directions for transportation by sea,
• Organize systematic registration of orders,
• Negotiate for the right selection of cargo transportation,
• Control the ongoing sea transportation processes,
• Organize loading and unloading properly
• Make decisions in force majeure situations under the control of the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Russian(B2-C1), desirable Persian
• Experience in logistics / desirable at least 1 year
• Higher education in logistics, the management or international relations,
• MS Office
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to make decisions in stressful and conflict situations
• Discipline

Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
