Description
Shipments.am is a transportation company, providing customized logistic solutions and brokerage services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cargo orders including value control of every transaction (full cycle)
- Building relationships with freight forwarders and brokers
- Consult clients and partners of the Company on logistics services;
- Answer customer's questions and provide updates;
- Organize and control the whole process of cargo transportation
- Analytical skills
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, selling skills, and customer-oriented approach
- Communication in the Russian and English language
- Good sales & communication skills
- Highly motivated & result-driven person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork skills and punctuality
- Problem-solving skills
