Shipments.am is a transportation company, providing customized logistic solutions and brokerage services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cargo orders including value control of every transaction (full cycle)
• Building relationships with freight forwarders and brokers
• Consult clients and partners of the Company on logistics services;
• Answer customer's questions and provide updates;
• Organize and control the whole process of cargo transportation
• Analytical skills

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, selling skills, and customer-oriented approach
• Communication in the Russian and English language
• Good sales & communication skills
• Highly motivated & result-driven person
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork skills and punctuality
• Problem-solving skills

Working times 10:00-18:00, Mo-Fr
