Description

The Learning, Performance & HR Analytics Lead is responsible for developing employees and leaders, managing the company's performance management system, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. The role ensures that learning, performance, and HR analytics contribute to building a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the company's learning and development programs.
• Identify training needs and prepare the annual training plan.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Develop leadership and management development initiatives.
• Manage the company's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, including turnover, recruitment, training, performance, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
• Partner with managers to improve employee capability and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience with HR systems and digital HR tools is preferred.
• Fluent in Russian and English is a must
