Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and establish strong relationships;

• Provide ongoing legal advice to clients on various issues, including corporate, aviation, and IP-related matters;

• Support local and international companies with their investment projects and operations in Armenia;

• Draft and negotiate various agreements required for client operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, LLM from a reputable institution is an advantage;

• Advocate License will be an advantage;

• 3-5 years of legal experience in law firms or the legal sphere;

• Excellent legal drafting and research skills;

• Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities and win work;

• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure, handle multiple tasks, work independently as well as part of a team, and lead projects and teams with minimal supervision;

• Strong presentation and communication skills;

• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;

• High emotional intelligence.
