Qualifications

Higher Education in Law: A degree in law is required (a Master’s degree will be considered an advantage).
Experience: At least 1 year of professional legal experience.
Corporate Law Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate law, including corporate governance, contract law, labor law, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration, and administrative matters.
Contract Drafting Skills: Proven ability to draft and review contracts with accuracy and clarity.
Corporate Documentation: Experience (or readiness) in preparing corporate documents such as founding documents, charters, amendments, and board/shareholder decisions.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Providing legal counsel and support on corporate and commercial matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Preparing and maintaining corporate documentation for commercial and non-commercial entities.
Advising on labor, IP, tax, civil, and migration-related issues.
Conducting legal due diligence and providing risk assessments.
Supporting clients in protecting and advancing their corporate interests.
