Junior Business Consultant

Description

The Crow & Asatryans Company is looking for a motivated Junior Business Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create different analytical role models related to projects.
• Compile reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor for review and approval;
• Provide value-added strategies or services to support clients in achieving their business objectives and to assist clients in resolving issues by matching in-depth understanding of client’s business with expert knowledge of industry trends, benchmarking data and valuation expertise.
• Deliver on valuation engagements, financial modeling, financial analysis and market analysis.
• Communicate with Clients’ staff within the framework of advisory works to obtain necessary information within the scope of the assignment.
• Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, and competitors, evaluating target companies based on market strength, strategic alignment, and business model/business plans.
• Research and analyze industry trends, economic conditions, and market data to inform valuation assessments.
• Carry out on-site visits for valuation purposes and perform asset inventories.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or related field required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in the area of advisery or consulting.
• Good knowledge in the areas of budgeting and business planning, business consulting, financial modeling, analysis and forecasting, corporate finance, and economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Professional Working Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian written and verbal.
