Main job responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide consultation
  • Carry out assignments received from customers via telecommunication channels
  • Transfers between accounts
  • Fast money transfers payments
  • Cancellation of online transactions
  • Provision of new InecoOnline credentials
  • Card blocking
  • Receiving applications via the phone and redirecting them to appropriate units
  • Drafting reply messages of telecommunication channels received via FB, Viber, website, InecoOnline and provision to customers, redirecting applications to appropriate units
  • Make outgoing calls, as needed

Required qualification:

  • Higher education in Economics or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
