Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational IT skills to gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center solutions. The role involves assisting with installations, troubleshooting, and technical support tasks while learning from experienced team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for enterprise IT systems.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, networking, and backup solutions.
Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Maintain accurate records of support activities and service logs.
Collaborate with senior engineers during implementation and integration projects.
Stay updated on the latest enterprise IT technologies and certifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
Basic understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in data center technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant certifications or coursework (e.g., CompTIA, networking fundamentals, or virtualization basics) are a plus.
