We are currently looking for a Junior SMM Specialist to join our marketing team — a creative and detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow in the world of digital marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of social media strategies for multiple brands․
• Assist in content creation (photo, video, captions) aligned with brand guidelines․
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions across social media channels․
• Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports․
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new ideas to increase engagement

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field․
• 0–1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing․
• Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle content․
• Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)․
• Basic skills in copywriting and visual storytelling․
• Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is required․
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn․
