Junior Lawyer

Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to support both client projects and internal legal matters, primarily in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law.
Job responsibilities
- Providing legal support on client matters, including commercial, corporate, and employment law issues, as well as internal legal matters;
- Communicating with state authorities, notaries, banks, and other public and private institutions;
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents;
- Preparing legal opinions, conducting legal research, and analyzing legislation;
- Supporting corporate governance matters, including the preparation of corporate documents and regulatory filings;
- Assisting with client communication and coordination of ongoing matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English, and Russian;
- Good knowledge of civil law and a solid understanding of corporate, administrative, and employment law;
- Up to 2 years of professional experience;
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
