Description
As a Junior Law Assistant, you will ensure the company’s legal compliance, manage contract-related processes, and provide legal advice and support to all departments. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible, with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review employment, civil, commercial, lease, and other types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents․
- Conduct legal due diligence and ensure all documents comply with Armenian legislation․
- Oversee the signing, registration, and record-keeping of contracts and other legal documents․
- Support the HR department in applying labor law and preparing related documentation․
- Provide legal consultation and guidance to company management and all departments․
- Prepare legal opinions, official letters, and responses to state authorities and business partners․
- Represent the company’s interests before state institutions and, when necessary, in court․
- Monitor legislative updates and advise management on potential impacts on company operations․
- Maintain and organize all legal documentation to ensure accessibility and completeness.
Requirements
- Higher education in Law․
- At least 1 year of work experience in the legal field (preferably in a corporate or consulting environment)․
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian civil and labor legislation․
- Fluent in Armenian and English․
- Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational ability․
