Jan Armenia Tours and Travel is looking for an inbound tour manager with knowledge of German and English (Russian knowledge will be an advantage) for market development, development of tour packages, sales, and service.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Customer engagement, service, consulting
- Development and sale of gift packages
- Reception of guests, organization of hospitality, and other services
- Establishing contact with potential foreign partners and offering tour packages
- Preliminary survey analysis and calculation
Requirements
- Higher education
- Knowledge of Russian and English
- Computer: good command of Microsoft Ofice programs
- Good knowledge of the sights of Armenia
- Communication skill
- 1 year of work experience will be a plus
