YOUR ROLE
If you like the hospitality industry and have experience in the field, then the position of Administrator at Concept Hotel By COAF (Children of Armenia Fund) is a perfect role for you. More specifically:
Maintenance and operations (50%)
- Perform the check-in and check-out of the hotel guests.
- Make the reservations and ensure an accurate data entry.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about the hotel rooms, amenities, prices and other available services.
- Proceed with the payments strictly following the accepted terms and procedures.
- Maintain the hotel software by providing accurate data entry.
- Closely cooperate with the housekeeping department and ensure the furniture set-up, amenities and cleanliness correspond to the accepted standards.
Renovations and repairs (35%)
- Provide the guests with all the necessary information for organizing their trip to the neighbouring sightseeing.
- Provide the stock data entry into the software by registering the received and consumed products.
Suggestions and upgrades (15%)
- Come up with proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of the front desk operations at the Concept Hotel.
YOUR TEAM
By assuming the role of administrator at the Concept hotel you will join COAF SMART business and operations team (with a service provision contract) and will work under the direct supervision of the COAF SMART Business operations deputy manager.

- Armenian, English and Russian excellent.
- Computer literacy and have experience in working with hotel management.
- Hotel administration techniques as you have higher education in the field.

WE ARE
Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that employs community-led approaches aimed at improving the quality of life in rural Armenia, with a particular focus on children and youth. COAF’s target development areas are education, health, social and economic development. COAF launched its programs in 2004, starting in one village and expanding to 64 villages in Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, Gegharkunik, Shirak, and Tavush regions.
Since 2015, COAF has developed and started implementing SMART Initiatives. COAF SMART is designed to advance a generation across the rural world through education that will benefit individuals, societies, and the environment. COAF SMART is an exemplary model of development and will be replicated in other regions and communities throughout Armenia. The first COAF SMART Center was inaugurated on May 27, 2018 near the village of Debet, Lori Region.
