Partner drivers contact our office with questions on a daily basis. We are looking for a coordinator who will promptly handle requests from drivers, assisting them with all questions. If you are organized and hardworking, have good verbal communication skills and enjoy live interaction, welcome to the team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide offline support to drivers (app issues: installation and setup, timely problem resolution, full technical support for current and potential drivers, answering driver questions related to trips)
- Organize and conduct interviews/surveys
- Participate in various company projects
- Provide work report to the manager

Requirements:
- Confident communication skills in Russian language, both oral and written
- Ability to process large amounts of information
- Ability to work under conditions of multitasking
- High resistance to stressful situations
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and make independent decisions
- Knowledge of MC Office programs
