HR Generalist

Description

AAB Construction is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team and support our employees across both office and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the operational activities of the HR team
• Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate HR administration for both office-based and construction-site employees
• Work closely with department heads and managers on employee-related operational matters
• Monitor compliance with Armenian labor legislation and company policies
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, employee data, and operational HR metrics
• Support the HR team with complex employee cases and operational matters
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling employee information
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role
• Good knowledge of HR processes and Armenian labor legislation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with employees at different levels and across different departments
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
