HR documentation specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR documentation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history,
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding employee data management.
• Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee changes in the HR system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding records and documentation.
• Conduct regular audits of employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
