Description
Pure Iron OJSC is seeking a highly competent and structured HR Department Manager to lead and develop the company’s human resources function.
The role is critical for strengthening organizational discipline, workforce effectiveness, compliance with labor legislation, and implementation of modern HR practices in an industrial environment.
Job responsibilities (optional)
HR Strategy & Policy

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations aligned with company strategy and labor legislation.

Establish clear HR processes covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, discipline, and termination.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Lead recruitment activities for all levels (production, technical, administrative, management).

Coordinate workforce planning in line with production and operational needs.

Manage onboarding and probation processes.
Labor Relations & Compliance
-
Ensure full compliance with Armenian labor law and internal regulations.

Manage employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and grievances.

Support management during audits, inspections, and legal proceedings related to HR matters.
Performance & Discipline Management

Implement performance evaluation systems and KPIs.

Enforce attendance, working hours, and disciplinary policies.

Support line managers in applying corrective and disciplinary measures consistently and legally.
Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll coordination, bonuses, and benefits in cooperation with Finance.

Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation structure development.

Ensure accurate HR records and personnel files.
HR Reporting & Analytics

Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, discipline, absenteeism, training).

Maintain accurate HR databases and documentation.
Required qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or production environment.

Strong knowledge of Armenian labor legislation and HR best practices.

Experience in disciplinary procedures and labor relations.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Fluency in Armenian; Russian and English.
