Nova Hotel is looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate the housekeeping team.
• Ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and efficiently coordinate daily work assignments.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel operating standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of Armenian; knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
