Located in the heart of the city center within the ultra-luxury ArtLife Kempinski Residences Yerevan, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Store to lead the daily operations of our premium CAVE Wine Shop. The successful candidate will oversee retail operations, supplier coordination, inventory management, and internal wine distribution while ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the continued growth of Wine Crew LLC.

Position Summary

The Head of Store is responsible for the overall operational and commercial management of the CAVE Wine Shop and supports the
day-to-day operations of Wine Crew LLC. The role ensures efficient retail operations, accurate product management, supplier
coordination, inventory control, and seamless internal distribution of wines and spirits to hotel outlets.
The Head of Store is responsible for maintaining operational excellence across the entire retail and internal supply chain while
delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the commercial objectives of Wine Crew.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations
  Manage the daily operations of the CAVE Wine Shop.
  Ensure the store operates according to company standards and procedures.
  Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
  Supervise daily opening and closing procedures.
  Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  Monitor retail KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
• Team Leadership
  Supervise the daily work of store staff.
  Organise staff schedules and daily responsibilities.
  Support team members.
  Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  Organise a professional, customer-focused working
  environment.
• Retail Sales & Customer Experience
  Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  Support the team in premium wine sales and
  customer consultations.
  Handle VIP customers and complex customer
  requests.
  Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  Build long-term relationships with private
  clients and collectors.
• Internal Supply Coordination
  Coordinate internal wine and spirits requests from
  Rare restaurant and CAVE store.
  Consolidate purchase requests from all departments.
  Verify stock availability before confirming internal
  orders.
  Coordinate order preparation and timely deliveries.
  Maintain effective communication with outlet
  managers regarding product availability and
  delivery schedules.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
  Monitor stock levels across retail inventory and operational
  warehouse stock.
  Coordinate replenishment between the external import
  warehouse and the hotel storage facility.
  Ensure optimal stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
  Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
  Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving products.
  Report inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective
  actions.
• Supplier Coordination
  Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding
  operational matters.
  Ensure suppliers provide complete and updated product documentation
  regarding our consideration.
  Follow up on missing technical sheets, product specifications and
  commercial information.
  Coordinate updates related to vintage changes, barcode changes,
  bottle design updates and discontinued products.
• Product Data Management
  Maintain accurate product information within
  company systems.
  Ensure all product records remain complete and up to
  date.
  Verify accuracy of vintages, barcodes, product
  descriptions, bottle sizes, alcohol levels and pricing
  information.
  Maintain consistency between supplier documentation
  and internal databases.
  Ensure product information is available for retail,
  operational and purchasing purposes.
• Administrative Responsibilities
  Maintain operational documentation.
  Ensure accurate filing of supplier and inventory records.
  Support preparation of internal reports.
  Coordinate documentation related to stock transfers and deliveries.
  Maintain accurate operational records for audits and internal control.
  Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work closely with:
  Chief Sommelier
  Head Sommelier
  Finance Department
  Hotel Restaurant Managers
  Suppliers
  Logistics Partners
  Act as the primary operational link between Wine Crew LLC,
  suppliers and hotel outlets.
