Responsibilities

• Performing and managing Daily accounting and book keeping through AS Entreprise sofware
• Intercompany invoicing
• Fixed asset register (specific groups)
• Maintains list of vendors and timing relevant for reconciliation
• Check customs documentation and post taxes/prepare payments; cooperation with customs brokers;
• Monthly accruals preparation and posting for month closing
• Reviews, advices and authorizes payment proposal as well as submits and confirms payment request to bank
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Requirements

• The one, who has at least3 years of experience as a accountant in a company with strong control environment
• The one who has proficiency with working AS Entreprise sofware
• The one, who has successfully graduated or is student of bachelor program in Finance / Accounting / Business administration field or has appropriate certificate in Accounting
• The one, who has knowledge in local tax and accounting legislation
