Position: Customer Service / Rental Agent
Location: Hertz Armenia
Department: Operations & Customer Service

Job Summary

The Customer Service / Rental Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing vehicle rental reservations, preparing rental agreements, coordinating vehicle handovers and returns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process vehicle rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Explain rental terms, insurance options, and company policies to customers.
• Prepare rental contracts and related documentation accurately.
• Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before rental and upon return.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with the fleet and operations teams regarding vehicle availability.
• Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
• Maintain customer records and update reservation systems.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and reservation systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
