Main job responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote customer-oriented culture
  • Manage customer feedback by
    • Analyzing received feedback and considering it as an opportunity to improve customer experience
    • Arranging need based update of the procedures, participating in the implementation, monitoring and assessing the results
  • Identify new channels for collecting customer feedback
  • Manage customer journey mapping for each product and service
  • Create memorable customer experience
  • Review customer complaint written responses and summary reports
  • Prepare and submit regular reports.

Required qualification:

  • Higher education
  • 1+ and more years of work experience in the field of service and 1+ and more years of work experience in the field of customer experience
  • Knowledge of international service standards/approaches
  • Familiarity with international service standarts
  • Advanced knowledge of English
