We are a rapidly developing short-term rental apartment network based in Yerevan.
We are looking for a person who can turn inquiries into bookings, guests into returning clients, and property listings into effective sales tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide assistance during the check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries via WhatsApp, website, and phone through Bitrix CRM.
- Provide prompt support and resolve guests’ requests during their stay.
- Process guest payments and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor apartment readiness, cleanliness, and technical condition before and during guests’ stays.
- Conduct quality inspections of apartments after cleaning and before guest arrivals.
- Ensure apartments meet the company’s quality and service standards.
- Coordinate with the technical team, housekeeping department, and other departments to ensure fast and effective resolution of operational issues.
- Create an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat stays and builds long-term guest relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- English and Russian — conversational level (required).
- Attention to detail, high work speed, and a structured approach.
- Friendliness and emotional stability.

- Fixed salary + bonuses tied to your sales results.
- Work schedule: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
