Description

We are a rapidly developing short-term rental apartment network based in Yerevan.

We are looking for a person who can turn inquiries into bookings, guests into returning clients, and property listings into effective sales tools.

  • Your attention to detail, ability to choose the right photos, write clear descriptions, and understand guest preferences directly influence conversion and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide assistance during the check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries via WhatsApp, website, and phone through Bitrix CRM.
  • Provide prompt support and resolve guests’ requests during their stay.
  • Process guest payments and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Monitor apartment readiness, cleanliness, and technical condition before and during guests’ stays.
  • Conduct quality inspections of apartments after cleaning and before guest arrivals.
  • Ensure apartments meet the company’s quality and service standards.
  • Coordinate with the technical team, housekeeping department, and other departments to ensure fast and effective resolution of operational issues.
  • Create an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat stays and builds long-term guest relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
  • English and Russian — conversational level (required).
  • Attention to detail, high work speed, and a structured approach.
  • Friendliness and emotional stability.

  • Work schedule: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
    (availability outside office hours when needed is important).
