Group Marketing Manager

DUDU Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven a Group Marketing Manager — a person who will plan, organize, and manage all marketing and communication activities across the group.

This person will lead collaboration with outsourced agencies, oversee campaigns, control budgets, and make sure every brand communicates its story with style and impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for all Dudu Group brands.
• Create annual marketing plans and budgets, and oversee performance.
• Manage and work with in-house or outsourced marketing teams/agencies, designers, and content creators.
• Organize events, collaborations and content creation (photoshoots, videos, influencer collaborations, etc.).
• Plan and oversee social media, advertising, PR and digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and ad performance.
• Supervise the creation of brand materials — catalogs, brand books, presentations, and marketing kits for all Dudu Group brands.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all companies.
• Analyze results and report on ROI, traffic, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare and analyze marketing reports and performance metrics.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing management or brand leadership.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strategic mindset with creative vision.
• Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus).
• Creative mindset with business understanding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
